The pillows and blankets were extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell. The bus was delayed by XXXXX hours, mainly because the driver kept picking up local passengers along the route. This caused significant inconvenience and wasted a lot of time. Overall, the travelling experience was absolutely horrible and highly disappointing. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.
