The bus service is good and overall experience was satisfactory. However, the seats are quite hard and uncomfortable, especially for long journeys. It would be great if the seats could be improved by making them softer and more comfortable.

We traveled from Delhi to Manali, and it was a great experience overall. Shoaib and our driver Dimple did an excellent job. The driving was very smooth and comfortable throughout the journey. We even reached Manali earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. If you’re planning a trip to Manali, I would highly recommend booking this bus. It’s reliable, comfortable, and well-managed.
