The AC duct was broken and had been joined with cello tape, which came apart again shortly after. Someone else was in the booked seat. A water bottle was not provided. The bus conductor did not provide accurate information regarding the bus's departure time. The scheduled time from Sujanpur Tira was 9:15 pm, but it actually left around 11:00 pm.

Bus delay 1 hr. Second point - has no stop points. Third point - bus reached at 8:30 am. Bad service, bad experience, worst.

The bus that was shown to us was not the same bus. The actual bus was completely different, and its condition was not good at all. This was completely unfair to us. The bus that arrived was not the one shown in the pictures.

Driver was driving very recklessly. He was using the phone while driving. He stopped two times for two hours each because the bus’s cooling system was not working. He did not let us go or find another bus. Because of this, we missed our train from Delhi to Lucknow.
