My experience with Flybus was extremely disappointing. The overall service was not up to the expected standard, and the staff behavior was also quite rude and unprofessional. One of the most basic things I expected during the journey was proper assistance when needed. I asked for a water bottle around five times, especially when I genuinely needed it, but my request was repeatedly ignored and the bottle was not provided. Such a basic request should not require repeated reminders. The staff should be more polite, attentive, and responsive towards passengers. Overall, I had a very unpleasant travel experience with Flybus. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff behavior and passenger service in the future.

Everything was very dirty. No hygiene, nothing. Staff so casual I don't think they know anything about mannered behaviour.
