When bus arrived at Kozhikode, AC wasn't on and it was hot inside. There was a used half bottle of water in my berth. Chocolate wrapper on the sides and occasionally small cockroaches. Arrival time to Thiruvananthapuram was 5:30. We were in Cherthala around 5. The bus was stopping on and off saying there was a problem with the joint. No alternate arrangements were made until 10 am. Totally disappointed.

I travelled from Ramanattukara to Kalamaserry, and during the journey I was bitten by insects on my hands and body. The bites have been affecting me for the last two days and have caused a lot of discomfort. It was a terrible travelling experience. Please look into this hygiene issue and take necessary action.
