No outside visibility (sticker is pasted on windows), there is no head room, upper berth is just above the head. Really feels suffocation.

Very rash driving. Unprofessional driving. Driver was driving very fast even on turns. The whole night was a nightmare.

It was really a bad experience with travels. Today morning from 9.30 AM I was travelling to Bangalore. But the bus stopped at Honsur due to some engine problem. I had an urgent meeting at 6.30 PM. Now I could not reach on time. It was very disappointing. Very very bad service. How would we book in the future. And the staff in the bus did not arrange any other option. And there was no proper communication with passengers.

The bus had an AC issue. The AC water kept dropping on my bed, and I could not sleep. The whole bed was wet and cold, and the AC vent was broken, with cold air hitting my face.

They are late for 5 hours. Arranged a local bus instead of Volvo. Never ever recommended.

Bus cancelled and no information from the operator. We are trying to reach the driver and operator, but they are not picking up the call.

I had booked a ticket from Kannur to Trivandrum for an emergency appointment. At the time of departure, they informed me that the bus would be late by 1 hour 30 minutes. After that, they were not picking up calls and switched off their mobiles. After 2 hours, when they switched on, they just kept saying we are reaching Kannur without mentioning any specific location. Around 11:30 PM, they finally said the bus had a mechanical issue and they had arranged another vehicle. At 12:30 AM, they arranged a tourist bus, one of the worst vehicles and management. They might charge low rates, but the service was also very low. Do not book this bus, you will not reach your destination on time.
