Bus was 2 hour late and it stopped just once for washroom.

Good.

It said semi sleeper... none of the seats were pushback... worst bus ever.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided during our journey from Payyanur to Bengaluru on journey. I had booked 4 tickets for my family, with the boarding point at Perumba, Payyanur. The scheduled boarding time was 7:10 PM. However, the bus was delayed, and we were informed that it would arrive at 7:50 PM. We reached the boarding point at 7:30 PM and tried contacting the team several times. Some people did not answer our calls, while one person who answered told us that someone would contact us shortly. Despite waiting for a long time, no proper information or assistance was provided. After 8:00 PM, the bus had still not arrived. We then received a message stating that the bus would reach Perumba, Payyanur, only at 9:50 PM. We continued waiting and contacted the team again. We were told that a representative was available at Perumba to pick us up. However, when we contacted that person, we were informed that the bus was in Kannur and that another bus would be arranged for us. As we were traveling with our family and had already waited for a considerable amount of time, we were forced to board another arranged bus to Kannur. Unfortunately, the owner of that bus initially refused to accept us, stating that we were passengers and asking us to get off. This caused us considerable stress and anxiety. After further communication with the person who arranged the bus, the driver finally agreed to drop us at Kannur. Upon reaching Kannur, we eventually boarded the bus. To make matters worse, the seat numbers we had originally booked were changed, adding to our frustration and inconvenience. This entire experience was extremely disappointing. The significant delay, lack of proper communication, unanswered phone calls, misleading information, difficulty arranging alternative transportation, and unexpected seat changes caused unnecessary hardship for my family. When customers booked tickets in advance, they expected punctuality, reliable communication, and professional customer service. Unfortunately, the service failed to meet these basic expectations.

Bus came 1 hour late to boarding point.

boarding time is very delayed by 2hrs.Departing time delayed by 3hrs. No punctuality

2hrs late.

Wonderful.

They have not even checked when I went outside and they took the bus while I was outside.
