They did not take me to my real dropping point. So I was forced to go to my dropping point by walking, which is more than 1.5 km.

It was not comfortable. Operated like a line bus with random passengers who disturbed normally booked passengers. Not satisfied.

The cubicle I booked was not cleaned. There were residues from someone who had already used it. I informed them. They said that they could not clean it properly. The hygiene was terribly low.

The bus was driven rashly, causing excessive shaking throughout the journey, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the AC stopped working from around 2:00 AM onwards.

Bus is not maintained well especially the drivetrain. Rubbing sound was there at the start of the journey and created terrible noise throughout till the axle broke. Instead of focusing on the aesthetic comfort, focus first on the safety of passengers.
