Multiple tyre puncture which made delay nearly 7 hours, one of the worst travel experience, I will never travel in this service and won't recommend too.

The bus is good and well maintained, driver is very polite. Due to traffic, there was here and there delay, and the driver called and informed in advance about the traffic and provided a revised timing to board the bus, which was very helpful.

First of all, the bus was a bit delayed. There was a 1 hour delay for arrival and a 1 hour delay for departure, but that wasn't a problem. The good thing was that the bus dropped everyone at Kotagiri. Previously, I had a very bad experience where they would use a cab van for the drop-off. So, being dropped at Kotagiri in the sleeper bus was a positive. However, the seat comfort needs to be improved. Also, the hygiene should be better. The top panels above the AC vents were very dusty, and the dust was getting on my hands. It would be much better if they maintained the hygiene.

I booked in the last minute. Got first single side upper berth in GoKotagiri bus service. I had doubts about how comfortable it would be as usually first single upper used to be cramped. In this bus, it was like any other berth and it was comfortable. Punctuality and coordination were also excellent.

There's nothing mentioned that you can't have food inside the bus, but it has been asked to remove food and keep it near the driver seat and then have it when the bus stops.

No stop for dinner. Driver behaviour and attitude is very bad. Will never travel in this bus again. Finally, he made us not stop for dinner. Such a worst experience with this travels.
