The bus was delayed without any valid reason. It was parked on the roadside for nearly an hour to pick up more passengers, despite having many empty seats. The scheduled drop-off time was 9:50 PM, but we were dropped off at 11:00 PM. This caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The bus got cancelled and deployed a different bus in which the original seat I booked was a middle seat but I got a back seat.

Absolute dog-tier service from top to bottom. Staff members are unbelievably rude and act like they're doing you a favour by answering basic questions. Buses rarely depart on time, and any schedule they advertise seems completely fictional. Delays are the norm, communication is nonexistent, and if you dare ask for an update, you're met with attitude instead of answers. The entire operation feels disorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Journey showed will drop at 10:50 but it dropped at 11:50. Also, it stopped every 10 minutes until the bus was full. Will not travel next time with this bus.
