The bus was cancelled and there was no official update about it. Just a phone call informed that the bus is cancelled, and when called back for confirmation, the phone was switched off.

Drover's phone number was not shared, the bus was showing delayed by 47 minutes for at least 25 mins. Couldn't cancel. I boarded another bus, whole money was wasted.

Though the driving was brilliant, it took a lot of time to reach the destination in spite of leaving Swargate 10 minutes early. Took too many stops till Ravet, left Ravet at 9:30.

Bus was scheduled to arrive at the boarding point at Wakad at 12:50 but when I called to confirm early, the operator said that the bus would arrive at 11:50 because there was some glitch in the app. Not so comforting travel.
