This was an extremely frustrating and poorly managed experience. The bus was perfectly on time, but the real issue started at boarding. Despite having valid confirmations, the staff outright denied our booking, claiming it didn’t exist in their system. Only after repeated arguments and showing multiple proofs did they reluctantly allow us to board and take our assigned seats. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable and creates unnecessary stress for passengers. The onboard experience was equally disappointing. The exterior light was so bright that it reflected inside the cabin, making it impossible to sleep. There was no option to switch it off, which shows a complete lack of consideration for passenger comfort during a night journey. Adding to this, the driver’s helper didn’t even bother to offer basic amenities like water. The service felt careless and indifferent throughout. The only positive was punctuality — the bus was exactly on time. But honestly, that alone doesn’t make up for the inconvenience and poor service. Overall, a below-average experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
