I am travelling Trivandrum to Kozhikode, 9 hrs journey with no stopping for restroom facility. I am not satisfied with your services. Last time I travelled the same destination with Madhavi Travels, and they stopped 2 times for restroom breaks.

Bus is quite wobbly and bumpy. Defies the purpose of booking a sleeper seat as it was quite difficult to sleep.
