This is my second booking with GRAND ROADLINES, and the good service is why I keep choosing them. Especially, the boarding staff member from Puliyanmala (forgot his name) was really kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s always nice to come across people who make the journey more pleasant, and I hope his efforts are recognised and appreciated. Overall, a smooth and satisfying journey.
