I have been asked to use the pickup they arranged, which is not mentioned anywhere in the ticket. I was almost 2 hr late to the dropping point.

No proper facilities. No bed sheet. No cookies. Not like other buses, so please don't suggest this bus again.

The bus service was very poor. AC got complaint in between for consequent days. It took more time than expected to reach destination. Very poor service.
