This is a very disappointing experience. Luring you with the promise of a good, new bus when booking online, but instead delivering an old or damaged bus is a form of fraud before the boarding point. The driver turned off the AC during the hotel stay and before the boarding point, and they charged very costly amount 600 pp, but market charges were 450 to 500 pp. This is a very, very, very bad experience. I want my half money back; otherwise, I will complain to the consumer court.

Misleading service. I booked the ticket under this travel company's name, but a completely different bus arrived. There was no proper information provided. They did not drop me at the agreed stop and argued with me when I complained. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking through them.

Red bus live tracking was good. Timing and location of Pickup and dropping point was good. Driving was good. Large sofa. So you can have extra precious luggage in your sofa as well. Bus condition was average. They rebuild AC bus on non AC bus.

The bus driver was driving very roughly. The bus was dirty and very old. He was driving over bumps harshly, so we could not sleep the whole night. I was scared that an accident might happen with someone at any moment. Overall, the bus was very bad.
