Bus was supposed to come at Chembur Maitri Park till 7.50 pm but it reached at 10.30 pm. I reached my destination - Rajapur Road around 10.20 am instead of 5.50 am.

sorry to say but very bad experience.. 1) Bus not coming pickup point we have go pickup location approx 20km 2) Bus is very poor condition not properly ac run, and bus is under service condition 3) 500 Km take time 17hrs 4) Bus is rest stop very hygiene place 5) overall observation we have not enjoying travel for paid ticket against

The bus was good, but the hotel where it stopped was very bad. Neither were the washrooms clean, nor was the food good. It’s a request that next time, please stop the bus at a better hotel, because the reputation was also ruined because of that hotel.

No Live tracking, No Mobile Charger working, Not Proper Dinner Hotel with Not Proper Washroom spot, Bed Experience. No Feature Travel this Type of Service from Traveler.

The bus condition was good, and the AC worked properly, which made the ride somewhat comfortable. However, the departure was delayed, and heavy traffic along the route further disturbed the schedule, causing inconvenience. The most disappointing part was the dinner stop at around 1:00 AM at an unpleasant place with poor food and hygiene. 4 for Bus comfort and driving skill , dropped at 6:30 am
