Unclean curtains, bedsheets and blanket. Seats not comfortable for sleep. Bus continues jumping during driving, shocks not proper. Punctuality and staff behaviour is good.

Issue 1 - The boarding point support was not provided. The bus was standing at Dwarka but the driver/helper was still asking to go to some other stop, while we were next to the bus. Finally, we boarded at Dwarka. Issue 2 - The bus started half an hour late from Nashik; however, it reached on time.
