1 hr delayed, live tracking not working properly, driver not attending calls (I tried more than 25 times), no hygiene (some vomiting smells), not provided advance information for delay. I was tense with kids because of delay, no tracking and driver not attending calls.

AC didn't work throughout the journey. When told the operator, neglected saying I have kept in full speed. Found out later that the air duct in our seats didn't work. Had to move to different seat by identifying that there are few more unbooked seats in the same bus. No sense of ownership or responsibility from the bus operator. Worst experience. Bad service. Ridiculous

Boarding everything was fine. My friend booked for me from his mobile and his number was given when booking. The operator guy called my friend's number; however, my number is different and I am standing at the boarding point. Okay, I accept that my number should be given when booking. But the operator person who was with the driver is taunting and rude to me. This is unacceptable; first learn to treat your customers.

The driver was not properly addressing the issue, and the location is not updated correctly. The wrong location was sent, and the driver was not polite. Very worst experience I've ever faced.

overal good except dinner break , hotel is not hygienic, no food, almost at 11:45 pm stopped for dinner. staff is good. on time . ac is good. Driving also good.

I liked the bus service yesterday, it's my first journey on this bus. On time pick up and before time drops, that is awesome. I came from Tenkasi by train to board Nagercoil SMVT train but then my ticket was in RAC so decided to go by bus. The bus is so convenient as it picks up close to the railway station and drops inside the city. Many of my friends and relatives felt this is convenient as I just took less than 12 hours from Tenkasi to my home in Bangalore. One suggestion is if you can push the pick up close to railway station by 11 pm instead of 10.45 pm as the train from Tenkasi is late sometimes. Thank you again.
