Not clean, not on time.

Dear customer support team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service provided during my bus journey. The experience has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating due to multiple issues. Air conditioning not working: The AC was not working properly, making the journey uncomfortable. Charging points not working: The charging points were also not working, which caused further inconvenience during the journey. Excessive travel time: The journey took much longer than expected, causing unnecessary delays. Bus breakdown: The bus broke down approximately one hour before the scheduled dropping time. The bus was supposed to reach the destination by 8:30 AM, but even after the scheduled arrival time, we were still on the way due to the breakdown. These issues clearly indicate poor service and a lack of proper maintenance. I paid for a comfortable and timely journey, but unfortunately, the service provided was far below expectations. Considering the multiple issues, the bus breakdown, and the significant delay, I should not have to bear the cost of such an unsatisfactory travel experience. Please take this complaint seriously and process my refund as soon as possible. I look forward to a prompt resolution. Regards, A disappointed passenger.

The bus was two hours late. AC was faulty. They did not provide any water bottles as mentioned. Only stopped at one very unhygienic place. The driver was driving very rash and raw, and it seems he did not know how to drive a Volvo. The journey which was supposed to happen in 11-12 hours approx took 16 hours. It was a nightmare without AC. I request everyone to avoid this service. No wonder the rating is too low for this operator. I am only writing this so that people should know upfront.

I had the worst experience with this bus service. The bus was around 2 hours late and there was no proper communication regarding the delay. Even after calling several times, they were not answering the calls properly. After waiting for around 2 hours, they put us on a different bus without informing us in advance. They did not even call to inform us when the bus finally arrived. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, and the legroom was very limited. The bus did not drop us at the promised dropping point either. There was no drinking water provided, and even the seat numbers were not properly mentioned. Overall, it was a very poorly managed service with no proper communication or customer support.

Sitting not comfortable in long journey.

Bus delayed by 1:30 hrs. Operator and driver were not responding to calls. Bus was very poor, no leg room, no blanket, no water bottle, hygiene poor. Overall suffered through the entire journey.
