Bus reached late at the destination. Also, the rest stop was having lines for ladies washroom and gents washroom's drain pipe was broken so literally we were peeing directly in drain visibly.

No call was received from either the conductor or the driver. When I asked where the bus was, their behaviour was not professional and they argued.

Bus was late a few minutes, but no major issues. Satisfied with the service. Bus driver tried to avoid traffic whenever possible.
