Please hire drivers and bus attendants who are at least somewhat proficient in Hindi or English. How can visitors from other regions of the nation who don't speak Tamil interact with these influential individuals on crucial subjects like What time will the bus arrive at the destination? Is there a good eatery nearby? Could you please stop at a nearby suitable place? I need to go for the restroom, etc.? This is especially evident in Tamil Nadu, and non-Tamil-speaking people are not treated well by those individuals.
