Bus arrived 1 hour late, dropped off 2 hours late. Seats were dirty. AC vent was broken and we were not able to turn it off.

I found the cleanliness average, the staff's behavior great, and the rest stop experience great. The live tracking and punctuality were not good, and the seats were average.
