Worst bus. Pickup time 2 hrs delay at night time. Not punctual.

I had a very pleasant travel experience. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and considerate. I especially appreciated how they assisted a differently-abled passenger in getting onto the bus and even helped with his luggage. It was truly heartwarming to see such care and kindness. The staff also kept passengers informed about any updates in advance, which made the journey much more comfortable and stress-free. The bus was neat, clean, and well-maintained, and providing a water bottle was a thoughtful touch. Even while reaching the destination, they took extra care by asking each passenger where they wanted to get down and personally making sure they got down at the right place safely. This level of attention towards passengers is really appreciable.

The boarding location provided was incorrect. It caused my 60-year-old father to travel from West Anna Nagar depot to the East and back to the West again. This unclear information cost us extra time, energy, and money. To make matters worse, when we called the bus assistant for clarification, he was equally confused and did not know the correct location himself.
