The quality of bus is very poor. Total journey is very uncomfortable. Seating arrangement very bad. AC not up to the mark. It is a horrible journey.

The AC was not working properly and the food stand was very unhygienic.

The staff were not good, and the cleanliness was also unsatisfactory. The bus arrived 10 minutes late in Durgapur city centre. The seat comfort was okay.

Ac not working, rude behaviour of conductor, bus not stopping in case of emergency like toilet. Seating luxury below standard, push back not working properly, no space for the legs to spread. Overall extremely disgusting experience.

First the AC of the bus was not working. The seats were cramped together to fit more people. The bus became a local bus to pick up customers.
