The driver asked me to come to another location. The behaviour of the driver and conductor was very bad. They dropped me at the wrong place. Very bad service. They charged me more money and were at a distance from others.

Very bad experience and staff was not good. Seats are not comfortable.

They promised 2*2 seater and gave 3*2 seater. Conductor was quarrelling with passenger. Bus left with 40 minutes delay. AC was kept off for the majority of the journey.

I had booked 2*2 AC bus. However, I was surprised that I was provided 2*3 AC seater bus. The bus operator changed the bus without any prior intimation. The seats were not comfortable at all. I also raised customer care but I have not received any refund for the excess amount charged. Please take action.
