The stoppage point for lunch should be changed. Quality of food served at the stoppage point hotel is very poor.

Very disappointing experience. The AC was not working properly, which is unacceptable for a luxury bus. When I complained, the driver responded rudely, saying others weren’t complaining, so why was I. Poor customer service and an uncomfortable journey. Definitely not what I expected.
