JSR Holidays Bus Booking

This bus was very old and not comfortable for ladies. Driver was stopping the bus too much and picking up persons who have not booked also my life's worst experience.

The bus was very late. The scheduled pickup time was 11:45 pm, but the bus arrived only around 1:00 am. Also, the bus was changed in between the journey, and the replacement bus did not have proper curtains, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult for girls to travel comfortably. The buses were not properly cleaned.

Very disappointing and unsafe travel experience. The pickup time was mentioned as 11:45 pm, but the bus arrived almost 1 hour late. Waiting for more than an hour on a highway at midnight is extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, especially when passengers are left waiting without proper information. The bus was also not clean, and I was asked to adjust with another seat, giving the reason that it was a ladies seat. The worst part was the condition of the bus and tyres. The tyres were visibly wobbling, which made the journey feel unsafe throughout. Overall, a very poor experience. The operator seriously needs to improve punctuality, passenger safety, cleanliness, seat management, and vehicle maintenance. This kind of service is not acceptable for a late-night journey.

 1 Star First of all, there was no live bus tracking available, so I had no proper information about where the bus was or when it would arrive. My bus was scheduled to pick me up from Haveri at 11:45 PM on October 4. At around 11:30 PM, the driver called and told me that the bus would not come inside Haveri and asked me to come to the highway. After I complained to the office, another bus was arranged. I had to travel in that bus and later change to another bus on the highway. Finally, my pickup happened only at around 12:50 AM. There was no proper washroom stop during the journey because they said the bus was already late. Finally, the bus stopped near Nelamangala for a washroom break. Overall, very poor coordination, unnecessary bus changes, lack of live tracking, and a major delay. Totally worst experience. Very disappointed with the service.

They won't drop in drop location. They just take flyover and drop you in the next location.

Very bad experience I have ever seen with bus operator travel and customer support.

The police have detained the vehicle in Bengaluru because several required documents, including the Fitness Certificate (FC), had expired.

The bus driver changed the boarding location last minute.

3 hours late. I will miss all the train options travelling from Dharwad to Londa Junction.

Rating this journey 1 is also waste. Ac not working. Boarding and dropping point changed. No punctuality of bus timing. Staff and driver started behaving rudely. Overall journey was disgusting.
