The sleeper comfort was extremely poor. The seats are compact, clearly to accommodate more passengers rather than ensure comfort. The seats are like 4.5 feet. It is better to take a semisleeper seat than this.

My drop point was at Marathalli but once the bus reached Anand Rao Circle, staff asked everyone to leave there as of now they cannot drop passengers to further drop points due to heavy traffic.

Changed dropping point without consent and I had to take additional transport to reach the destination. Even after requesting, he was rejecting to drop at my dropping point. I had worst experience.

Worst experience, not comfortable, late departure, no proper ventilation, windows are jammed, irritating brake sounds, got a major hole near seat and AC not working.
