Live tracking was not working despite multiple complaints. Looks like no one is bothered to give a solution. Moreover, the bus is 1 hr late by its scheduled time, which keeps us waiting on the road for 1 hour.

I called the staff to pick me up at Kharar bus stand and they confirmed that they will be there in the next 20 minutes, but then they just passed by without any form of awareness. The live tracking was still showing that they're in Chandigarh.
