I have requested for cancellation of bus cancel it worst experience ever it was 1:30 hr late due to which I have to change the bus and I choose to travel from another bus due to which I lost my another journey.

The bus was extremely late. We were supposed to board at 8:15, but we were only able to board at 9:20. Similarly, we were supposed to be dropped off at 6:30, but we did not reach our destination until around 10:00. Additionally, the resting stop was very unhygienic.

The bus came 2 hours late and to cover for the timing, the driver did not stop the bus for 7 hours for meals or toilet. He stopped when one person requested, but that too at the location where no food was available.

The worst service ever. The bus was late then they did not have a permit so halfway they removed us. Journey of 8 hours took 13 hours. Bad behaviour from staff. The worst bus service ever.

It was not the bus, it was other travel bus and I know how much other travel charges for Kasol to Delhi. Charged me XXXXX. It was daylight looting.

I booked a direct bus from Zirakpur to Kasol. The bus got changed twice, once at Chandigarh and once at Bhuntar chowk. Then, the drop was at Hangout hotel but the driver dropped us earlier. He also demanded extra money. Absolutely worst service and experience. Never using this app again.
