I suggest never book through as it's their site problem when I booked for future date it got booked on current date , when I told this issue to customer service they told to speak with tour operator and your operator said vice versa I tell that is fake and poor customer service with cheating.

Driver was not even aware what the last stop was. Urinal was locked and was not given for usage even to ladies. Unprofessional dealings while speaking.

They are not allowed to get down for my convenience, I have booked hotel near temple. I requested to drop at near temple. But they denied my plea and behave very rudely. They dropped all passengers to that particular hotel for their commission. Over-all this is the very bad experience.
