I actually booked but what bus arrived is different .I think it is a substitute bus. The bus already looks old and messy. And during travel in highways at Midnight one of the back Tyre got burst and we stood at the roads for nearly 3 hrs. and nothing is changed and finally got to other bus with someone help. It was such a horrible thing to leave your passenger in such a situation. Never expected such experience. Actually I somehow managed to reach my destination by 11AM.It was my effort. We stood at roads for 3 hrs. and then took the alternative path. Time delayed and become stressful. It's okay but please don't repeat this again. You better could have checked the quality of bus before sending it. Need more responsibility from your side.
