Extremely poor service. I booked the 7:26 AM bus, but it arrived at 7:15 AM without sharing the bus number or proper details. As the bus did not stop at the designated pickup point, we had to spend extra money on an auto to catch it. The conductor then claimed our booked bus had not arrived and gave us back side seats instead of our reserved ones. The bus condition was pathetic, with seats nowhere near the quality shown in the photos. To make matters worse, when we called the operator’s contact number listed, they told us not to book online through and to book tickets directly at the counter. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, must take responsibility for listing such operators and resolve these issues immediately. Highly disappointing experience.

My experience with this transport service was extremely terrible. The agents/staff here are highly unprofessional, rude, and engage in extortion (rangdaari/harassment) with passengers. They do not allow passengers to sit on their assigned seats and refuse to stop the vehicle even for basic needs like using the restroom. They talk very misbehavenly, argue aggressively, and throw tantrums. Furthermore, there is no one to listen to complaints or take action, no matter where you report it. I strongly advise people to please avoid using this transport service.

Bus arrival time is too late and driver has loaded heavy luggage and more passengers. This is a very bad experience and irritates me.

worse bus and maintanence no ac, no charging port and ambiance of bus is too bad bad smell in the bus and behaviour of the driver is not yet all accepted
