First thing you have to know what is the actual pick up time of the bus from keonjhar. Your authority said that the bus will pick at 10.45 pm but it never comes at 10.45. It always comes late. Yesterday the bus reached keonjhar at 1 pm. So I give you a suggestion that you have to know the actual timing of the bus properly and give the information to the passengers appropriately. Otherwise, every day people suffer because of the timing and wait beside the road for 2-3 hours. So kindly take necessary steps on my points.
