My experience with this journey was extremely disappointing. The entire area was filled with a strong cigarette smell, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant, especially for families. To make matters worse, the washrooms were completely non-functional, which is a serious concern regarding basic hygiene and passenger convenience. Such poor maintenance and unhygienic conditions are unacceptable. The lack of functional washrooms and the persistent cigarette smell make this journey particularly unsuitable for women and families. Definitely not recommended, especially for female passengers, unless the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, hygiene, and basic facilities.

I travelled from Srinagar to Delhi yesterday, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The bus was delayed by five hours, with no prior information or proper updates provided. Moreover, no one was answering the calls, and the staff's behaviour was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. To make matters worse, my luggage bags were soaked with a significant amount of water, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid Kool Kars due to their poor service, lack of communication, unprofessional staff behaviour, and careless handling of passengers' luggage. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and works to improve the overall customer experience.

My experience at was very bad. The toilet was not working, Wi-Fi was not available, and water was not provided. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and the lights were not working properly. Basic facilities were missing, making the stay very uncomfortable. The management should improve cleanliness, maintenance, and basic services. Not recommended unless these issues are resolved.

Washroom wasn’t functional right from the beginning. There was no water at all and every time someone used it, the whole bus would stink for some time. Staff wasn’t rude but they could be friendlier.
