Driver completely misguided us. Boarding time was 10:57 pm. He called at 9:30 pm and asked to reach at 10:00 pm there or bus would be missed. Passengers are senior citizens. They reached before 10 pm as informed and waited there until the bus arrived almost 1 hour late. It was all bluffed just because no live tracking was available, so it's a kind of pathetic experience for old age people to wait an hour on express highway.
