Actual cost was XXX, service provider took XXX from me. Also travel was so tiring because of no A/C. Actual time for initiating journey was 8:30 not 7:40. No charging port available. Stopped for more than 1 hour mid-journey without any reason, therefore delay in arrival.

I want to go Kolkata to Bhagalpur. So I bought ticket online but the bus is not running for the day. I want to complain about this bus.

It was a horrible experience. The bus got delayed 3.30 hours due to luggage as it seemed like a luggage bus with luggage everywhere on the seats. During the journey, they were dropping the luggage to the stakeholders. Moreover, it took me more than 25 minutes to find a bus myself at the bus stand. The point of contact was not helpful at all. Such a pathetic experience.
