Bus was supposed to start at 7.30 pm at Hyderabad and reach Jagdalpur by 7:30 AM. Bus reached at 8.40 AM. From pickup location they transferred to another pickup location through mini van. Waiting at both points was more than half an hour. Bus started from outskirts of Hyderabad at 9.30 PM. Bus was overcrowded.

Instead of one, I have already changed three buses since yesterday and still have not reached the destination. MMT had no clue what is happening.

Very disappointing experience. The bus did not arrive at any of the three assigned pickup points and kept asking us to move further ahead each time. In the end, we had to walk around 2 km just to catch the bus. On top of that, it was supposed to be an AC bus, but the AC was not working throughout the entire journey. Extremely inconvenient and poorly managed service.
