Booked bus will not come. Vibration sound from nearest seat will irritate me a lot, but your staff's behaviour is good, outstanding.

Very poor service, first of all different bus came for pickup and later transferred to some other bus. Bus operators failed to provide the booked seat. Total waste bus service. Should refund the ticket fare.
