Bus is good, but timing is not good. The bus did not arrive at the time I had booked it for, there was a total delay of 2 hours.

Sheets are dirty. Pillows are worst. No bed covers and pillow covers. That needs to be maintained. AC is good. Driver is nice. Journey is on time. Beds and pillows.

The staff were good. The timing was best compared to other buses on the same route. The bus was not clean and was dirty with a foul smell. The seat comfort was okay, but not the best.

The total amount of travelling doubled and I had to change three vehicles. Now I have to catch a metro to reach my destination only if I reach before 10 pm. If not, that option might be unavailable.
