The bus was not clean, with dirty seats and poor maintenance. The push-back feature was also not working properly. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and not worth the I paid. For the same amount, I could have chosen another bus with much better comfort and service.

We should have arrived at 5.30am morning but we arrived at 7am. 1 hour 30 minutes delay. If you're not able to get on-time, why are you showing the arrival time?

Restroom stop is not good. The driving is very fast. Please consider pregnant women also travelling.
