The bus was not clean overall. The seats and sleeper berths were dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to passenger complaints. The rest stop was a basic roadside dhabba with unhygienic toilet facilities and poor food hygiene.

Very bad overall. Not departed on time. Inside the bus structure was pathetic. In AC, cooling was too much when it was cold outside. Sleeper was very congested. Window curtain holding bar fell on my legs while sleeping. Overall, not a single thing I think to appreciate. Very bad experience.

As per schedule, I was supposed to reach 5:15 AM at Udaipur but I arrived at 6:15 AM. My 6:00 AM train was missed. When I complained to the bus staff about this, they were very rude. Blankets were also not provided on the bus.

Bus fault happened within 2 hrs and it took 3 hrs to repair. Bus dropped in Udaipur only before destination (Nathdwara). Total 4 hrs delay with all problems.
