I booked front row of U4 single berth but was allocated last row of U14 sharing berth without information.

The bus management has switched my seat from the bus I booked to another and changed my seat from L2 to U4, which gave me a terrible experience. Moreover, the berth is not very comfortable.

very worst bus water bus lopaliki vachasai even luggage lo kuda luggage motham padai poyayi water vala. na life lo chudala elanti bus. Driver ni adigitha no response.
