I’ve been traveling with this bus for 3 years and it has always been reliable. But today was disappointing. The staff didn’t put my luggage in the luggage compartment even after multiple requests. I had to keep my bags on my seat, which made the journey very uncomfortable.

Rest stop hygiene is not good. The washrooms are not clean and there is always a shortage of water. Otherwise, it's good.

Driver and all members' behavior not good. Dropping point bus did not stop. Very bad experience.

At Sana Parking (Laxmi Travel Office), the seating arrangement is very limited—only enough for about 4 passengers. The office staff do not seem concerned about passengers and their behavior is not supportive. However, the bus staff and overall bus travel experience were good.
