The seats were smelly and being an electric I expected a more silent trip. The bus was very noisy.

The driver was not at all cooperative and we had to ask for basic necessities. No drinking water was given. The bus was way too late, not at all punctual. We literally had to wait for one and a half hours, and then when we got down to eat, he couldn't let us eat and kept honking the horns to get in the bus. The break was given just for 10-15 minutes. Such bad behaviour and really bad services. Never booking it ever again and also not recommending this to anyone else. If I had a chance to give less than one star rating, I would have given it.

It was a good traveling experience with this bus and the staff is also of friendly nature. If the bus is getting delayed, then it's calling and updating on time. So overall good experience.

Bus, driver, staff, fare everything was good. Only problem they did not do maintenance of bus, and of course needed cleanliness.
