Ac and charging points were not working and staff behaviour is not good.

Supposed to reach destination at 7:30 now it’s 9:12 still not reached destination. Also, after entering the bus the AC didn’t work, got normal air. After some time, like three hours, we got cold air.

6.50pm boarded the bus till 10 pm I am in the city only. At every stop bus stopped for a minimum of 10 to 15 mins. Additionally, 3.5 hrs traffic jam near Sattupalli. Till now not reached, still in the bus. Waste travels.

There is no live tracking. Bus was late by 1 hr at pickup point and I reached destination super late as bus was delayed by 4 hours
