The bus boarding point was not mentioned correctly and delayed by 30 mins.

The service was the worst. None of the passengers were dropped at the correct location. The driver was very reluctant to respond to the passengers. This was the worst experience I ever Had. Wonderful why Redbus supports such kind of travels. Disappointed to the maximum

Driving speed could be limited or controlled. It was too fast and rash driving.

They stopped the bus in Chandapura as the AC was not working. First of all, in another hour we would reach our destination, so we did not need the AC. The driver said he would arrange another bus for us to drop us, but later asked us to get into a government bus and did not arrange for any bus or travellers to reach our destination. This is not fair to ask us to go alone at early morning 4:30 am.
