Instead of booking the seat in a bus was not able to seat on my seat. My seat was allotted to someone else and then 2 people were sitting on one seat. The journey was terrible.

They have committed to reach destination at 7pm but it's not possible to reach, better update correct timing so that it won't create false promises to travellers
