first thing bus changed, seat comfort is not nice cleaning is worst, I feel terrified while travelling staff behaviour is also not good

Worst they have no particular stop for washrooms and windows are not opening and the bus condition was not good. They reference bus image one and the bus was one.

Most of passengers faced the same issue. The driver did not stop at the required dropping point. Not informed before dropping point.

Boarded 15 minutes early, yet arrived more than an hour late. This delay affected my schedule, and it could have caused others to miss important commitments. Please prioritize on-time arrivals and respect passengers' time.
