A4 full damage. Driver behavior not good. Bus working condition not good. This weekly not correct.

My experience was disappointing. The pickup location was changed without proper communication, and the bus arrived late. The seats were not clean, and there was no clear information or announcement at the drop point, causing confusion during night travel. I request the operator to improve punctuality, cleanliness, and passenger communication to ensure a safer and more comfortable journey. I hope MakeMyTrip takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the travel experience.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent journey booked for 4 sleeper tickets. The overall experience was completely unacceptable due to several major issues. Extortion and unprofessional driver behavior, we had 2 travel bags and 2 rice bags, 25 kg each. The driver refused to load the rice bags unless we paid an extra XXXX. When I threatened to lodge a complaint, the driver spoke very rashly, stating, you can complain to anyone, I do not care. If carrying rice bags was restricted, this policy should be clearly mentioned during booking so passengers could choose alternative travel options. Bus operator mismatch, the ticket was booked under one operator, but the actual vehicle provided was from another travels. Such unauthorized operator substitutions should not be allowed. Faulty amenities, none of the charging points were functional. When asked, the driver casually claimed that the inverter was not working. The journey was a complete nightmare. Why were such unprofessional bus operators listed and encouraged. I requested an immediate look into this matter, a full refund for the extra charge, and strict action against this operator. I had attached the photos as evidence.

Not stopped for having food. It's a journey of 8hrs. No blanket.

Worst experience ever. There were mosquitoes inside the sleeper berth, making the journey very uncomfortable. The bus was delayed by 1 hour and 30 minutes at the pickup point. They also failed to drop me at my designated destination. I assumed my stop was coming up, but the staff did not inform me that we had already passed it. As a result, I had to travel a long distance away from my drop-off point and then come all the way back. Poor service, lack of communication, and unnecessary delays made this journey extremely frustrating. Every aspect of the service was disappointing. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.

Actual Pickup time is 1:30 am and I am waiting from 1:10 am onwards at the pickup point. Mahi travels shared the live location of the bus but the location was not working and I am tried to call driver multiple times but the driver is not answering my calls. I am waiting at the pick up point till 2:30 pm but the bus didn't came, I am looking like a mad. And the driver also not responding which is not acceptable. I need my ticket amount to be reimbursed and I will not prefer mahi travels to anyone of my circle.
