Need toilet inside the bus and water bottle also need to include in trip. Bus dropped before time.

My luggage was left on the bus and at the dropping time they did not give it to us. It went with the bus. They did not even remind me to take the luggage. They were very rude and in a hurry. Their behaviour was very rude. All my belongings are in the bag. Now what can I do? I tried a lot to call the driver but he is not picking up the phone. Please help me to get that bag.
