Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Passenger Safety Concerns I chose to travel with Manat Holiday primarily because of safety concerns. As a solo female traveller, I noticed that the bus was booked entirely by female passengers, which gave me a sense of security. Being an Indian woman, personal safety during late-night travel is always a significant concern, and this was the main reason behind my booking. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had when I chose your service. The challenges I faced were: 1. I had specifically booked the bus with pickup from IGI Airport. However, I was later instructed to travel to Dhaula Kuan for boarding at around 11:30 PM. Asking a female passenger to change the pickup location late at night without prior notice caused unnecessary stress and raised safety concerns. 2. Even after reaching Dhaula Kuan, the bus did not arrive until 11:52 PM. I was informed over a phone call that the bus number had been changed. I fail to understand why passengers were not informed about this change in advance, at least a day before the journey. 3. My scheduled arrival time in Dehradun was 5:55 AM, but I reached at 7:55 AM, causing a delay of nearly two hours and disrupting my plans. 4. What disappointed me the most was that I was requested to give a five-star rating during the journey itself. While I understand that feedback is important, requesting a positive rating before the passenger has even completed the trip feels inappropriate. I politely informed the bus in-charge that I would submit my feedback later. I would like to clarify that my complaint is not against the driver, who was courteous and simply performing his duties. My concern is with the management and the way the service was handled. Additionally, I found the overall condition of the bus to be quite poor and not in line with what I expected when I made the booking. My only question is: Why were passengers not informed in advance about the change of bus and boarding arrangements? Timely communication could have prevented inconvenience and, more importantly, addressed the safety concerns of passengers travelling late at night. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future passengers, especially women travelling alone, receive the safe and reliable service they expect.
