I have travelled from Latur to Pune. It was a long journey, I thought it was going to be a restful journey, but the charging point was off. The AC was off throughout the journey. I complained about this issue; the staff told me that he would turn on the AC after reaching Latur, but he didn't. Worst journey I have ever travelled in my life and never going to book this travel again. The blankets were dirty. The curtains were broken. Overall, it was a bad decision. I regret it.

On the bus shows AC sleeper but in reality there was only a fan.

Before I left home I called the contact person. He said the bus would come sharp at 11, so we reached there, and the bus came at 11:30. So with family, how did we wait there at night time.

There is too much light inside and the mattress with the pillow fixed is also not comfortable.

Ac not worked whole night. Extra passengers boarding after all seats full. Staff behaviours. Bus delay 2 hrs. They dropped me at the wrong location. My stop is 20 km from that location.
